As your virtual assistant, my office is open 24/7. I have many years' experience in the graphic design and customer service industry, and am able to take on those tasks that will free up your time as a business owner and entrepreneur. You will be able to make the best use of your day and focus your attention on money-making opportunities.
I lend support for you and your business via the internet. Imagine - no equipment or office space required, no staff training needed, no staff absenteeism due to family problems, illness or transport strikes, no taxes or benefits to pay, and hourly rates when the work is needed are much cheaper than hiring a temp.
Delegate! I take care of those little tasks you don't have time for, leaving you free to develop your business and make money!
I am based in England, but we don't have to be in the same town, or even in the same country, that's the beauty of the internet and a virtual office!
We'll communicate primarily by e-mail, or even traditional snail-mail. You can send me data by either of the above means, mp3 or by memory stick, CD or other online and electronic systems.
Your work is sent back by any of the above and in most PC formats/programs
including Word, CorelDraw, and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).

Payment methods
For all new clients I require a 50% deposit.
I use Paypal, a secure and verified site. You don't have to sign up to PayPal, simply use your credit / debit card as usual. I will provide the links, you click and pay.
Final invoices will be sent with the completed assignment.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to set up accounts at this stage.

All work will be carried out in the strictest confidence, efficiently and to deadline.
I use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, and only with your permission.
I use return email addresses to answer the email I receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties - ever.
Finally, I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to me online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
